Bob has a long history with us at Timothy O'Toole's! Back in the mid 90's he was a Manager at our Chicago location. Bob went on to pursue his own feat as a bar/restaurant owner and opened The Beer Bistro! He also has experience working with Goose Island and Bar Louie.
