Chef Jeff has returned to working with Junior and Sara here at O'Toole's! He previously was the Head Chef for their Evanston American Bistro in the mid 90's. Jeff went on to work as the Executive Chef for Maggiano's, Capital Grille, and most recently a high volume Wisconsin Pub Group.
