Rachel, or Rae, proved to us right off the bat that she would be successful as our General Manager in Gurnee. She came to us with loads of experience as a manager in the hospitality industry. She first started with us as a Floor Manager but quickly moved into her current position as GM. She is a thoughtful and confident leader for our team and continues to show strength in her abilities.
